LGB Light flasher question

Hi

I want to add 5 or so LGB Flasher lights, I’m following this build page http://mjrnet.org/pinscape/BuildGuideV2/BuildGuide.php?sid=toc – Have no idea what I’m doing really but can solder & follow instructions. Bit confused as to what to actually buy though, am I better of buying them all seperatly or can I buy them pre wired or am I better of going for some kind of already built light flasher.

Also on my previous build years back I used LedWhizz to run all, is this still the best kind of board to buy or has something succeded it?
