monitor layout?

new to this and after a month of manually editing vpx tables to display correctly on my portrait display windows itself is rotated to portrait with the backglass screen ABOVE the play field), i find this pup layer which requires monitors to be laid out left to right.

well crap!  is there no way to get this to work with two monitors stacked up and down?
