PinUP Popper Config Error Invalid csv

I downloaded an updated  puplookup.csv file from Visual Pinball Spreadsheets.  When I try to import the file in PinUP Popper Setup/Popper Setup/DBEditorForm/Import Lookup I get the following message “First field is no GameName… invalid csv.  It’s worked in the past.  All help is appreciated.
