Or from media manager right click on the the green box for the wheel images and click “open explorer” and it will take you directly to the wheels folder. Find the one you want and delete.

what exactly do you want to do?  replace a wheel with another wheel image?  just drag and drop a new wheel in media manager?

also, if you click the wheelbox in mediamanager the list will show you the files.  you can right-click/preview and even right-click/remove.

but note:  wheel images are special as they have a pthumbs (cache) sub-folder.  if you remove manually, you’ll have to remove in there as well.  If you drag&drop new wheels in media manager it will do that automagically.
