Please Help with clarification with DOF Software

Hi All,

I’m trying to get a handle on what software works with what and I’m finding conflicting info on forums and youtubes.  Do you need to install DOF R3 if you want to use DOFLinx?  Does DOFLINX utilize DOF R3 or are they completely independent programs?

I’m just trying to add Solenoid, Shaker and SS Feedback to Pinball FX3 tables.  Any guidance is appreciated.

Dof R3 is independent

Doflinx requires Dof R3 to be installed

LOL I’m way ahead of you Tom, I spent the weekend following Terry’s guides, what an amazing job he and Major Frenchy and Nailbuster do.  I got ALL the software up on a test system but I only wanted to do PFX3 so I thought I could slim down the installs to the bare minimum for the actual install.
