problem backglass

hello,

I followed the step by step guide and the pinUP is activated
now I have 2 problems:
1) when I enter the pinUP register and go to set the backglass in the cabinet I put it in the monitor 2, but the fullscreen does not take it from me, but I always set it at half screen (the attached photo is of the laptop, but at least you understand where I set it)
2) why the videos of the pinUPs while playing do not start? he does it with almost all the tables
