Question on PupScreen2 layer

I have a certain unnameable table which has a pup pack that has a backglass frame image  (via B2S which I think is unusual…but maybe not!) and videos which play in PupScreen 2 which should be visible in that frame.

The problem I’m having is that the videos will not present themselves in the frame.  They are playing but are not visible.  If I Alt- tab I can see they are there.

My layout is 4 screens: playfield, backglass, dmd and topper…

Can anyone make sone suggestions on how I might go about fixing this?  Maybe there is a way to remove the frame image from the b2s and put it in the pup pack since I assume it’s b2s layering which is causing this (though I’m no expert and didn’t write this table).  I’ve seen videos of the table in action and it always looks correct but I cannot troubleshoot this.
