Real DMD .png not loading

Replaced pinup popper default.png with my own custom default.png for a playlist and it’s not loading.
What are the png settings required for a real DMD to load? Tried 8 bit, greyscale, rgb 16 colour etc… nothing works.
Spent an hour searching the forums and can’t find anything on this.

SOLVED!! Used Pinup System Media manager to add the dmd png file. Works as it should. (sorry nailbuster… stick to the system – user error)
