Seeking Minimal Cost/Effort Setup Suggestions

I’m looking for the a decent cab setup with minimal cost and effort. Is 24″ okay for play or should I really get a 40″? Will the specs of the LattePanda hold up for performance through vpx? Would it put me at the cusp or is there some overhead for performance? Should I opt for 2nd screen or will that tax processing/performance.

 

Setup I’m considering $1400 – $1550:

RecRoomMasters 24″ cab $750 with shipping
20″ LCD for back panel $250 – 400 monitors combined
24″ LCD for Play Field

24″ setup is fine

Video card is important here.  You want something with a Video passmark around 4000 for a budget build.  The HD 615 video is rated at 720.
