Hello and Thank You to all involved in making these beautiful emulations!

As others born in the late 50’s, I have grown up through the technical changes in the world and pinball. There is a fondness in my heart for the old electro-mechanical pins I played in holiday parks and cafes though.

I own an old EM pin called Sea Scare and I have a goal to create a VP version one day but smallholding duties and others mean a lot of time is spent on other things.

So a big thank you to all of you for allowing me to get my “fix”!!

      Gerald.

Oh and recent purchase of new PC with decent GeForce graphics card means I can not use VPX!

Thinking you meant that you can NOW play VPX? Welcome Gerald!

Yep – that was supposed to be “can now…”!

I note that the nudging is not so effective as VP9 or 8 but I think more realistic. It used to be that nudging the table to the left would make the ball move left whereas – as long as there is little friction on the surface – it will more likely carry on in a straight line.

The graphics are just superb on the tables I have tried thus far.

There is a setting where you can get back the VP9 unrealistic crap. Don’t ! Build a cab, get a proper nudge unit and a tilt bob and the real fun begins. ;-)
