You haven’t given any info at all beyond a pic. What OS are you running?
You may need to to set your taskbar to HIDE or AutoHide in Taskbar settings in windows. This varies between each version of Windows.

you need to search the web for a possible solution… this isn’t a Popper/pinUP config as you see your taskbar is hidden.
Popper hides your taskbar. if the windows start key remains afterwards there a problem with your windows config, or another util is keeping that button on… use google and look for ‘taskbar hidden but start button remains” type stuff.
plenty of people use win7 with popper…
