Did you ever get the puppack to work. I have the same issue. Just Ryu just bouncing and no videos triggered

i did not try this pup pack yet will try tonight or tomorrow but ppl with video prob are u using extdmd 1.7 or higher lots of the puppack need this to run correctly

If you are using Freezy 1.8 this will fix the issue with the DMD being black-and-white When using the color DMD files
If you use Pinup popper Front end
