T Arc Popper Loading Video Issues

I installed the T Arc package for my most recent cabinet build (4K) and I just can’t get the loading screens to work right.  I followed all the instructions.  I’ve done this many times before on 1080p systems and never had an issue.  This is my first 4K build.

I’ve tried to tweak the video settings every which way to Sunday but can’t get it right.  Either the loading T Arc screen shows with a black background, or if I change the nVidia/Video player settings then it shows with no black at all…..see images.

I’ve tried changing thNvidia settings every which way, as well as the TV settings…no joy.  I’m running an Nvidia 1660 super, Visio 4k Playfield, Visio 1080p backglass, Insignia 720p dmd.

Any thoughts??
