Table not active window after loading table with Pup Pack

My setup is a new install based on the nailbuster guide within the last week or so. In a cabinet with screen for backglass and screen for dmd. Running the Pinup front end and VPX tables only. Everything works great except most tables with Pup Packs load with the table not selected and I must alt-tab to get to the table before it will register the start button, etc.

Not sure where to start to look to fix this. Any suggestions?
