Transparent Images

Greetings,

I am running a 3 Screen Cabinet (Playfield, Backglass and shared DMD & Topper on the 3rd.

In the PupPack for the table, I am trying to create a Transparent Graphical Overlay to go over the Topper and video but I am not having much luck.

I get the PNG image I created with the transparent “cut outs” appearing with a solid white background instead of letting the DMD and Topper videos displaying display through the PNG.

This is the image I am using

 

I am using the Game Rules Popper Video box set to full screen size on my third monitor, so the 3rd monitor has 3 Popper windows on it.

Have I messed up with the exporting from Photoshop or is there a setting I have missing in the PupPack setup?

(hope this all makes sense)

I look forward to any suggestions on what I am doing wrong or even what I am trying to do is even possible
