VP Keyboard settings changed somehow

I installed VP and the keyboard layout was normal at the beginning. Like this:

Right Shift = Left Flipper
Left Shift = Right Flipper
1 = Start Button
Enter = Launch Ball

After testing some Tables the keyboard layout changed suddenly to this for all tables. Dont know why?

Right = Left Flipper
Left = Right Flipper
Left Menu (Alt) = Launch Ball
Enter = Start button

How can I change it back to normal, because my IPAC is configured to the other layout. Or is Pinball X overwriting the keyboard layout from VP?

PinballX is overwriting
turn off in pinballx settings
