VPX tables low volume problem

Hey all, just a quick question if anyone can help. I’m not a complete noob but no expert… For some reason my VPX tables have started playing at maybe half volume. I’ve hit END, 8+9 and checked all other volume settings and I still have to crank my speakers to max to hear it somewhat normally. All my VP9 tables play fine at normal volumes, and I haven’t changed anything besides installed a few new tables.

I can’t seem to find anything in any forums where someone is having the same issue, what the heck? Anyone have any thoughts? Thanks.

Depends…what versions of vpmame and vp you running? I don’t have any issues but have not updated for a while either

Random thought, for VP10 have you checked your volume levels, under preferences/audio options?  Each version of VP has volume adjustments

Thank-you both for your input. I went back to visit my sound driver choice under preferences/audio options, and tried a different driver and it worked. Funny thing is I was sure I tried that but I guess not.
