VPXSTARTER not found in Launch

Hello, I am receiving the error whenever I launch a table that PUP cannot find VPXSTARTER.exe and asking if i spelled it correctly.  After clearing the error the table still launches however. I looked in the launch folder and there is no VPSTARTER.exe.  Not sure how to solve this. Thanks for your time ;)
