Another update:
I uninstalled future pinball and BAM. Re-installed future pinball with BAM, then rebooted the computer. Still same issue.
I then took the pindmd.ini file and took out any space at the front of the text that I downloaded from pindmd.com. Not sure why space got added in the front of each line but that seemed to work with the uninstall and reinstall. Who knows…. If your having issues like some out there I strongly suggest an uninstall and reinstall and then double check that .ini file.
I’ve got pindmd working great with BAM. However…
WHAT’S NOT WORKING – I can not get pindmd3 to work with pinup popper. Going to do some more playing around this week but if anyone has suggestion please let me know. pindmd3 works 50% of the time with fx3 but its sometimes a real hit or miss.
Suggestions / things to try?

Small update – pindmd.log is created but nothing inside….
Any thoughts? I even tried different versions of future pinball (without the water marks) not change.

Looking like I’m having issues with the opengl32.dll file. Known issue as per other forum posts but only resolution is to add the .ini file. The opengl32.dll is not happy with future pinball. I have the pindmd.dll in future pinball folder as well as a pindmd.ini file however it’s causing future pinball not to open. Guessing thats where my problems exists for everything. Not too many answers other then adding the .ini file which I added already. Not sure if I should try and rebuild future pinball from scratch or not…

@jbitonti when you exit back from fx, if you alt-tab is fx3 completely closed? the pupdmd will auto-close with fx3.
the only other idea is that theres a timing issue between closing pindmd3 and re-starting dmd back in popper when closed.
on fx3 closescript :on the pupcloser.exe line add another parameter on end like 3 (this will wait 3 seconds before starting your popper dmd).
Alt + Tab it just shows everything open on my computer. I’m in full cabinet mode. Does not close anything.
I tried a couple different options. 3 and then 5. “[STARTDIR]LAUNCH\PUPCLOSER.EXE” WINTIT “Pinball FX3” 4 1 3
To confirm:
In the PUPMenuScriptSysOptions:
useDMD = true; and DMDMirror = true;
**** Is this still being use?
<rules> <logger name=”” minlevel=”warn” writeTo=”console” />
<logger name=”” minlevel=”warn” writeTo=”file” />
</rules>

Hey Nailbuster,
To clarify – from the main menu game selection when you first look at a game it shows the DMD properly and the video that I’ve loaded for pinup popper. When I launch a game and play it, the game shows the DMD properly. I exit out and back to main menu it then hold at the exact second I log out of the game and stop the game. if I look through other games it still continues to show that locked DMD screen. When I log into another game it will clear. Almost as though the exit out or the kill script isn’t working correctly.
I use the pindmdv3
Thoughts?

Looks and works pretty good for FX3, only issue I’ve noticed is that when I return from the menu it holds the last capture from the game. If the score is up it will remain till I go into another table and start a game.
Thoughts? solutions or things to try?
Appreciate the hard work!
