August 11, 2017 at 10:41 am #60439Great lookin’ table, one of my favorite games came to VPX finally. Got some very strange issue, need your help, can’t figure it out and can’t play that table :( I got solid 60fps but gameplay freezes every 3-4 second and for over 500ms nothing is moving, totally frozen. I’m using VPX 10.3, will try with 10.2 maybe. Never saw that before.
Same thing is happening for me but using the 10.4 beta.

Thanks HauntFreaks. Â Crazy how much better the changes look. Â (quoted the screenshot to show it off again) People having issues give this version a play and see if it helps. Â From what I’ve gathered it should help. Â If it does I’ll make this version official, otherwise back to the drawing board. Â Let me know. Â Thanks

August 11, 2017 at 2:12 pm #60446Awesome table here, thanks a lot! For me haunt’s version (from the dropbox link) runs without problems (didn’t try the original version btw). Only once the ball got lost behind the casino (?) after shooting it through the casino spinner. But that happened only once.
And for all those like me, who want their balls look shiny and polished, change the value light/ambient to 0,0,0. Now it looks a bit pale and unhealthy

August 11, 2017 at 3:18 pm #60460Wow. That color mod is great. Some great options here.
For those running Force Exclusive Fullscreen mode anyone able to get the DMD to display in desktop? I tried variations of this after copying a Textbox from another table but so far can’t get it to work.
Dim DesktopMode: DesktopMode = bttf.ShowDT
Scoretext.visible = DesktopMode
dim UseVPMDMD:UseVPMDMD = DesktopModeAny suggestions?

August 11, 2017 at 3:54 pm #60464This is great!! Thanks to all involved. One of my favorite tables. Did someone touch up marty’s face on the playfield. It looks more like Michael J fox than the original did. And it could be the light that is throwing me off.
As info the knocker sound plays when you hit the center nudge (Space bar).
As  Vogliadicane, I also go the ball stuck behind the clock tower as it went through the casino spinner. Looked like it might have hit that left rubber and jumped over the silver ball guide. Pic attached.

August 11, 2017 at 4:28 pm #60476I dont know if this will fix it, but the tower primitive “pPlasticClockTower” isnt set to “toy”
and might not be the best fix but might not keep the ball from falling back into play…You need to login in order to like this post: click here

We’ve had the same issue twice now where the ball vanishes after going through the casino spinner.
Other than that it’s a great table!edit:typo

August 11, 2017 at 8:06 pm #60490Thanks for sharing this guys – great fun.
I had the missing ball near the spinner issue as well and noticed that the ball travels through there super fast.
I just put a ramp in there at 55 points high set to invisible.
I’m not sure whether it was jumping the wall or bouncing back off the rubber – you could probably extend the ramp in the image
down past the gate and rubber now that I think about it.I haven’t seen a lost ball since though.

August 11, 2017 at 8:52 pm #60495Hey guys,
CP is currently tied up moving and likely wont really have time to address the mentioned concerns. I will monitor the feedback here and help him get a revision ready…but I wont be able to do much till Sunday or so. Please keep the feedback coming and I will help him get the things resolved.

August 12, 2017 at 1:28 am #60498I gotta say, I just played this table and wow. The playability of this table is excellent, the ball moves and rebounds as it should. The flippers are so nice. Its an excellent version of a fun table. Really well done.

August 12, 2017 at 6:57 am #60508I have also two times the issue, that the ball stucks behind the clock tower.
And another one (if it’s really an issue). If I shoot the mcfly-targets, most of the times the upper targets doesn’t light. It seems, that there must be a special angle to light them.
