Attract Mode Hanging on Blank/Colour Screen

Recently I discovered a problem with the latest virus definitions for Windows Defender in Windows10.  The problem being that VisualPinball was now being seen as a threat and table would take minutes to load.

Well this morning with another Defender virus update, PinballX Attract Mode is being seen as the enemy.  PinballX & Visual Pinball will work fine, but once Attract Mode is activated it would hang on blank/coloured screens.

The fix for this is the same as listed in the above thread…. but this time place the PinBallX Folder and all .exe files within that folder into the Exclusions List for Windows Defender. (or turn Defender off all together if you have an off-line machine and can get away with no anti-virus)
