I’m running 10.4 (3242) and can’t get the Image Manager to work. The main editor window goes out of focus when I click Image Manager in the menu as it should when Image Manager opens, but nothing comes up. It isn’t minimized. It isn’t on my second monitor. Alt+Tab doesn’t work. Sound Manager, Collection Manager etc. open fine.

Pretty hard to work on projects when you can’t texture anything.

No. Nothing. Can’t even get it to open in 10.3. Totally infuriating.

Solved: Had to go into the registry and reset all values for Image Editor. Hopefully my few hours of frustration can help someone else out someday.

Right click the VP10 hive, or maybe only the EDITOR beneath ( you might have change other things like video options etc that you don’t want to revert to ) – choose export – keep it and double click the export file IF you ever come to this problem again.

I just had this problem, it was the image manager, material manager windows etc having large x pos, that were placing them off the monitor… thanks for pointing me in the right direction, set each x pos to zero and I can see the screens :-)
