Environment Emission Scale

I’m trying to updated the Environment Emission Scale for my table depending on the day-night slider.  According to the command reference it looks like this value can be changed, but I’m not having much luck.  Can this be done?

Here’s the code I’ve tried:

Table1.EnvironmentEmissionScale=4

You can only manipulate the table lights in the light test mode
