July 8, 2020 at 10:42 pm #190353Where in the script can I add a DOF command like this so when I hit HOMER (Swinging targets) in the right Sequence I can have it Activate my bell
DOF 408, DOFPulse
Same for Saucer HOMERÂ at the topAnd for completing TRIPLE
I did notice it does not look like the Light for E is coming on after you hit the L in TRIPLEYou need to login in order to like this post: click here
July 8, 2020 at 11:21 pm #190358Please download again ver 1.1 again
The light for the letter E in T R I PL E is working properly
The letter for Saucer HOMER are controlled by sw32.
For the HOMER hit targets you can start looking at line 233
‘***Fly Away Targets

July 9, 2020 at 2:09 am #190377Great table – thanks!
I don’t know if it’s intentional, but the ball is unnaturally attracted to the upper hole (looks like teleportation).

July 9, 2020 at 8:09 am #190406you can select the saucer (sw32) on table editor and reduce the radius to 35 or less, but it will look like in the picture.
I left the original size intact.

Yeah the dipswitches in the script are a hold over from the VP9 version, I think they are for Kings of Steel according to the info that comes with the dipswitches.
Goldchicco: Very nicely done. I like tables that are hard and this one is certain not on the easy side. Lot’s of drains from that cavernous left outlane and that inner lane that’s death for sure. Plus a couple of shots aimed for the homer fly targets, if missed placed tend to lead down the middle. just so it’s clear, I view this as a GREAT THING! Personally I really like the recommendation for the kicker set to 35, there are a few more misses on the kicker that way though it’s very possible by design it’s not supposed to miss too much. Something videos of the game can assist in determining. Anyway for the saucer physics, I think it’s likely the best solution unless you start going the primitive playfield/realistic kicker physics but I presume not easy and really, setting it to 35 works very well.
Really fun game, not too easy at all. In fact, the default setting of 50 runs seems almost impossible to beat lol
Great job, thanks again!

July 11, 2020 at 4:26 am #190810As promised, I created from the original manual the dipswitch menu for Grand Slam.
this is how it looks like :Attached is the zip file. Just replace it in the script (or maybe @goldchicco can add it in next release )
If you want to change the ‘highscore feature’, or ‘highscore to date’, you must go into the self test menu.
Here are the settings as well (also in the zip file)‘Highscore feature :

Thank you for the dipswitch fix, I appreciate it and that’s what I am talking about – when the community stand together to make any release even better.
I am already working on ver 2.0 – it should be up within this weekend – and was thinking to set the runs to beat at 25 or 35, 50 seems really hard.
Of course I will correct the dipswitch in ver 2.0
Thanks again and stay tuned

July 11, 2020 at 10:12 pm #19090750 runs is unbelievably hard so if a default setting of 25 or 35 is possible that’s cool. If I recall once beaten, the new run score gets saved I think so it always tends to be challenging

No problem. The dip switches are the only part I know for a table how to add/change them (if I have the manual)
