I have recently received a Windows Update to my Windows 10 machine.  Since the update when I open VP and play a table

i keep getting this message from .Net Framework.
      system.invalidcastexception conversion from string

Not  really sure how to fix this…if I click continue it hides it but then pops up next time I open a table

On all tables? Either manual install .net or rollback the update

Its on quite a few tables…I haven’t had a chance to test them all…..its most prevalent in the Mustang table.   I have tried using a restore point but that didnt fix it….do you know what version of .net I should install?

I do not. You would need to see what you have installed to begin with. 4.5 should be enough i would think

            https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42643 this is 4.5.2

            https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=49981 this is 4.6.1

not sure what update you got that broke what but you should be able to roll it back

So my computer complains that I have a newer version than both of those links…I can’t seem to make it fail on any other table then mustang right now.  I have tried replacing the sam.vbs and the direct2bs file I was using.  I am not sure what else to do to trouble shoot the issue.  Obviously it is an issue with the b2s server just not sure how to narrow it down

Yep if you are running beta VPM for newer tables you need the B2S update to stop those intermittent cast errors.
