I asked Michel if he had plans to release this table in VPX; he told me he was very busy and did not plan to rebuild any of his VP9 tables in VPX.

if you like to learn how to build a table I suggest you start with his tables they are very well built the only thing you need to do is add all the features that have been added to VPX.

Big thank you to him and  to Aldiode, Zany and Gtxjoe for their contributions for this table.

 

I’m sure I’m not the first to try to build this in VPX,  if you import the VP9 table into VPX and try to play it,  the ball bounces around the metal guide making the table unplayable.  I thought the code for the ball had to be rebuilt. as it turned out the code was un modified thanks to the primitive PF.

THIS TABLE NEEDS TO BE PLAYED WITH VP 10.6 or higher!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

like the VP9 table  the dB2s is enabled by a text file in your VP folder

Visual PinballUserLMEMTables.txt

(I’m assuming everyone has the dB2s ; if you don’t download the VP9 table to get it). The dB2s is just a static image. If you are using a Front-end you might be better of running a video (make one) or the static image.

I like to updated the code to use the VPX controller.vbs file but thats not something I know how to do or plan to learn. If anyone likes to update the code feel free to do so.

Unfortunately I don’t have this Visual Pinball \ User \ LMEMTables.txt file

and find no way to activate the dB2s

Can someone help me?

Just make the file and put a 3 in it

make one

right click on your mouse —>  New —> Text document –> rename it to LMEMTables.txt –> add a Number in the first line –> save

number to add

1 = PINMAME controller

2=UVP controller

3= B2s server controller

does not work,  use

Visual Pinball\User\LMEMDOFTables.txt

I did not check to make sure witch file this table uses  (I suggest you add both)

 

This method of enabling dB2s files is used by many of Losermans early tables

all his updated VPX tables no longer need this file but if you have his early work you more then likely need one if not both of this files.

Yep… confirmed… the b2s is working if you use the value ‘2’ and not ‘3’ as recommanded earlier… don’t know why
