Here is the first release of the table. Still some things to clean up but it should be playable. I have some folks volunteering to make the 3d objects and plastics (better) but I can add that in the coming updates.
There are a couple of things you MUST update in the script – read the README please. I have not added / changed the DOF code so that is not really usable at this time.
I also have NOT played this on my cab – I know – I am a bit embarrassed about that
If you have some suggestions on POV and screen settings please post away. This is a collaboration of efforts – so any updates/suggestions fire away but be nice. This has been a month of covid-19 coding.PUP timing is the biggest headache and will take time to iron that all out – it does eventually work itself out..

I will just post google links for now so I can quickly update the files if need be. The PUPVideos/audio is NOT likely to change as it includes all the rips that I can forsee using.

So I have been playing with the PUPpack trying to get it to work in order to for the table to run. So you have to have the freezy installed before the PUPack will work?

please make a vpx version the pinup system is so hard to set up I hate it the people who make these things should think about other people you need to be a computer programmer to work out the pinup system

VPX by itself, simply doesnt have the dmd capabilities required to make this possible. I am not a pnup user but was able to quickly make this work. I installed the pinup thing and did the configure. Done.

This is an unreasonable request on your part. This is a VPX version so I guess you mean a desktop version? A pincab version that doesn’t require PUP?  I get that we all want to play it but the only person(s) who decides what goes into a recreation is the author(s). Whether the ball is bland, or the table is too dark, or Pup is used or not, that’s all up to the author and their artistic expression and any customization of that vision is up to us, the user to modify as we see fit.
of course options are always nice, but where an emulated version can rely on a DMD spawned by VPinMame, this is a script created recreation. So for scoring they have to script everything by hand to use whatever tool they can. For DMD, authors have been using UltraDMD which has its strength but its weaknesses too.  But … it’s also outdated. If an author has the time, that’s fine but to allude that this table’s design choice means they aren’t thinking about others is ludicrous and personally I feel is unacceptable.
I love to play every table. PUP doesn’t not require to be a programmer to figure it out. I figured it out and I ain’t a programmer (unless a dabbling of clipper 30 years ago qualifies and I remember nothing from back then :) ). This hobby has too often a “I want it and I want it now” attitude which thankfully, is not the norm but the exception.
This may not be your intent so I don’t mean to be hard on you but your choice of words was very poor and IMHO not right towards those who work on giving us these gifts.

I concur with that completely. Daryl and the other folks have put in an insane amount of effort to get these tables working.
I haven’t gotten it figured out yet but there is always other threads that talk about getting PUP working so you can always ask questions there.

Hi Daryl, Saw the video on the munsters table which looks awesome looking forward to playing it. Anyway, I installed the Munsters table and before I installed it I made sure the file was unblocked. when I clicked on table I got Munsters script error line:387 path not found, the pupvideo and dmd are working. Any idea how to solve the this? Any information would be appreciated. Thanks, ted
