If you alt tab are the videos there? If they aren’t, you aren’t using my table and music files I uploaded.

Downloaded your tables again and everything works well.  Having one of those days, I guess.  Thanks hawkeyez88.  Great looking vids and music.

Finally got this and Black Sabbath downloaded and installed. Black Sabbath is working great. Linkin Park videos aren’t playing. Pup pack screen overlay, dmd, topper show up and are working. Main screen showing the band shows but videos never start.

The few other people that have said this to me haven’t been using the table I uploaded. Make 100% certain you are, there’s code in there that doesn’t exist in previous uploads of the table.

I’m using Linkin Park (Original 2020) table and regular pup pack.  Having the same problem with FooFoo Fighters.  PupScreen 2 & 12 and Pup Overlay 14 and ultra dmd is showing, music is playing but no videos

I know some don’t much care for pup packs, but done right, I think they add greatly to the whole experience!  And you do it right, hawkeyez88 ! And I can’t wait to download it.

Say it ain’t so.  Your download service won’t let me download.  Said I reached my limit.  Now they want something like $6 a month subscription.  Is that right?  Is it just a time thing?

@gramps : You seem to do everything correctly, except getting the latest 3.3. If you run setup/test and don’t see the rom in the list, that simply means you are behind on pinmame. Having 3.3 doesn’t mean you have the latest 3.3 ;-)

Downloaded 3.3b and copied over files to VPinMAME directory, ran setup/test and there it was and it passed! Works great! Of course nothing else on my system works now……lol……just kidding, thanks for the tip!

Thalamus, May I ask, what was it in the new version that made that work?

nice looking table but i get an error

                    VBScript

                    Can`t start Gamemj_130

                    Game name not found!

                    i have the roms etc…

when you get a missing rom error like this

                    1. Go to your PINMAME folder and run setup.exe; Click on the Test button. Look for your “missing” rom and

click “Check roms” to make sure you don’t have any missing bin files in the zip.

if all your bins check out as OK, click start to see if PINMAME can load your rom.

if PINAME can load your rom then the error is with something else.

This is more then likely your problem

                    2. You are running Visual Pinball in “Exclusive Full Screen”

and you did not take the proper steps to make sure that this table/rom is able to run in E.F.S.

Having the same problem.  I’m running 3.3 PinMame. Have a 2 monitor desktop. Have the rom mj_130 rom in the rom folder. Ran setup/test and it didn’t list the table or the rom. What am I forgetting?  Thanks

great table. the kids love it but can someone help me with the dmd on this one? we cant see the score. pup is working fine but the bottom left side is blank on the backglass. usually i see the dmd in the right hand corner of the screen and i just move it to where ever i need it . me and my class are still new to the pinball fold so hey…. help a guy out. im using a 2screen set up.

PEandS1Ws is right on, I’m sure and, although I have flexdmd, I need to figure out how to use it to reposition.  In the meantime, and only as a temp solution, I drag and drop too.  With this one, I had to press alt+tab on my key pad to find the altdmd, then I dragged and dropped it to the box in the lower left box of screen 2, and saved the position.

Yvonne DeCarlo (Lilly) was also Moses’ wife in the Ten Commandments btw. So if any of you out there were ever ten years old and mentally undressing her while watching Munsters re-runs, shame on you.

Ah Ha !  Thanks Tomate.  I did look there but didn’t know what I was looking at, obviously.  Like somebody else said, that didn’t brighten it up.  When the table first pops up, it looks like it’s going to be brighter, but then it pops back to dark. Usually bumping up the Night->Day cycle works for me but not with this one.  Could it be that I only have a HD monitor?  It’s really only the upper regions of the table.

Still great fun!  Just wish I could see more of that incredible detail in the upper regions.

Open backdrop settings and change the “LUT” from 0(dark) to 4(bright)

I’ve looked in all but the right place.  Would somebody please share with me where the backdrop settings are?  I’m running 2 monitor desktop system.  Thank you.

To fix your sound, get dw_l2.zip from VPUniverse.com. Also here is a good POV for console users

That’s strange.  I already had the rom but had downloaded it from Vpforums.  I went ahead and downloaded it from vpuniverse, as you suggested and it worked!  Thank you!
