Breakshot vpx wip

Just thought I would show a pic of my breakshot wip. Dozer gave me a couple pointers to get started and thanks for that.

Not sure if anyone is working on a breakshot for vpx. I always enjoyed the vp8 and 9 version so I thought I would give it a go

My weakness is of course scripting although I have a couple things going in the script but for now just working on getn it

built.

I saw oldschoolgamers post

and I was going to ask for his resources,  if they where usable I was going to build the table

the only primitives left to do are the gate covers. I have not seen them in other tables.

here is a fully scripted table I built yesterday.

Please note that all the GI lights (every single one!!!!!)  is mapped to a single Lamp ID

I can map them to the script but I have no idea where to place them.

Almost ready for plastics.  still a lot of tweaking to do.   32a has a script baking in the oven just waiting for this build when its done.

thanks again 32.   I might be missing 1 or 2 plastics for this table. it may come down to a couple redraws.

Table is now playable.  32a built the base script for the table and I decided to go with the tri way captive ball script

from pacdude there is also a variation of this script on the Capcom big bang bar table.  My thing is I don’t know

if I can get permission for this tri way script. I tried a pm to the original vp9 table author but nothing yet.

there is still lots to do.   There will be a couple plastics redraws seeing resources are tight. good day all.

Here is my latest wip.   A lot of work has gone into this table. Every single plastic was made from

templates found at marco pinball. still not done with adjusting editing plastics. the playfield found at

vpf the colors where all wrong way too dark although some might like I understand, so I started working on recolor for playfield. I’m just trying to keep it realistic.

There where numerous play issues and  I think I got them ironed out. these Capcom tables as I understand aren’t emulated well in vp. so a couple

workarounds in the script are needed. This table when finished should be 80-90% correct. Its fully playable but so much more tlc is needed. Slow but steady.     good day

This is one of my favourite OLD games (love the VP9 version).  Looking forward to seeing this one in my cab.  Looks lovely.
