“Not another AFM, and a Mod to boot” *eyeroll* – everyone
Here’s my version of AFM. This is the table, that when friends are over, were up till the wee hours playing. I’ve wanted to build this table since I started building tables, and I did may times but never really finished them. I’m still not finish, and probably never will be, but it’s done enough to share. I sorta hate to release a mod, but honestly, it’s gotten too good to not share.
“short” table history…… Back in the early VPX beta days, I converted over JP’s vp9 version and added in a few blacklight effects and put out a beta version. Dozer took what I had and him and Hauntfreaks finished it up and it was amazing. Pretty much what I had envisioned.. but I wanted more flipper options.. so pretty much the day after Dozers table was released I started to mod it… Then I thought it would be cool to change the post colors… I’ll update the plastic images. New playfield from ClarkKent. How about a new ship with multiple colored LED lights. Target decals.. you get the idea, pretty much any mod I could find or think of I added in. It finally got big enough I decided to share it with Wrd and Roth. Wrd gave it a complete overhaul. Resized everything, converted over to his physics, pretty much a complete rebuild. It only snowballed from there.
So, like I said, the table is not done, and probably never will be. But it’s done enough to share for now. The table is a beast!! It runs good on my system, but I can’t guarantee it will for everyone. Sorry.
Most of all enjoy. It may not be everyone’s cup of tea, but it’s my cup of tea and I enjoy it. Good news is if you don’t like it, or have trouble running it there are 100 different version for you to play.

The options on this table are setup a little different than my other tables………..
Before you edit the options, give the table a play…
Use the Left Manga Save to randomly toggle all options
Right Manga Save to revert to defaults

LoL. Have to laugh at the table description. Then again take it seriously seeing who you’ve coop-ed this with. Sure, there are more than one AFM around. That’s part of the reason I love VP so much.

I don’t have many tables the I keep multiple versions on my cab. This is one of them. Physics on this table are fantastic! And the options!!! The black light effects are absolutely incredible!
Oh, and don’t forget the sound effects. This might have the best sound effects of any table. The ball rolling and ball drops with the ball flying off the table surface is superb!

Like many here, I enjoy the story and the collaboration of people working together coming up with a great release. Dozers black light version has always been my favorite version of AFM, although this is the 1 table that I have so many versions of.

I hope no one looks at this table and thinks “I already have a great AFM, and several other great versions, I’ll just skip this one”. Do not skip this table! This is way more than just a mod. This is a great looking and possibly best playing VP table yet. The options are insane. I kept hitting the left magna save and I’m not sure I ever reached the end of the options. The ball flies around the table very realistically. Love the way it looks and plays and am glad it was finally released after hearing about it for the last 3 years or so. Thanks to all that pitched in and helped bring this thing to life.

You will defintely see the ball go airbourne on this table. Especially around the scoop and the targets. And these are NOT hacks either. I think its a combo of my latest physics and the prim playfield surface.
I have even seen on my Funhouse beta where the ball launched off the T target, and landed right on the wire ramp. Just like occasioanlly happens on my real. I shit you not!
This table has been a real pleasure to work on. I hope everybody enjoys it.

Yep air balls galore, most convincing yet, love the physics. Talk about options! Psychedelic dude
. Do you all remember when Loaded Weapon used to make all these VP9 night mods? I used to love those and this is like getting 100 of them at once – awesome stuff 
Speaking of VP9, you guys might want to “mod” the table-info section a bit: “This is a beta test table for VP9.21 just for testing new options and objects of the latest VP921 beta”Â

So let me tell you the two main reasons why I love this release so much:
1 – The multiple different modded look to the tables that are so seamlessly available via the left magna-save is unseen in VP history. This isn’t just a cool thing, it also give this table immense character. Aside from excellent playability, the many graphics look this table has also shows an embrace of what VP is which is digital pinball. I want them to play realistic and I want them to look realistic but it’s also perfectly ok to go wild out there, especially when done like this.
2 – one flip to the “stroke of luck” scoop will convince everyone why this is so awesome. Actually let me correct myself, one MISS of the stroke of luck scoop. The realistic jump on that shot AND THE FACT the shot is now harder to pull off for all the right reason (it’s not being sucked into the scoop) feels real to the nth degree. Once you experience that shot, and then the rest of the physics and then you are just sold on the experience
We are lucky to count on multiple excellent interpretations of AFM and this is certainly worthy of playing
