This is a VPX recreation of a 1996 Williams League Champ Shuffle Alley Bowler. It needs the rom “lc_11.zip” to run. This is a complete remake by me, not a conversion. Started from scratch.
Thanks to roccodimarco for his League Champ hood panel image.
Flippers move arm left and right. Analog and digital plunger pulls the arm forwards and backwards and starts angle rotation.
Left Magna key for the game selection.

September 9, 2019 at 11:08 am #144561Expect a revision shortly guys. I’m not happy with the switch hits on the pins. It seems way too easy to get strikes. I’m going to try a different method.

September 9, 2019 at 1:06 pm #144568This is cool, great idea with the arm! Agree, that strikes are too easy now, so looking forward to the next version.

September 9, 2019 at 8:22 pm #144634Thanks for the kind words guys. Version 1.1 is released. I reworked the way the triggers register and made the puck a little smaller to make it a little bit harder. Strikes are still pretty easy to hit, but maybe the real thing is just as easy.

September 12, 2019 at 8:22 am #144820Not sure what is going on, but whenever I launch the table it opens for roughly 10 to 15 seconds and then just closes itself down completely. Doesn’t even land back on the VPX editor, just closes completely. Any ideas as to why this is happening? I have a a lot of vpx tables and none of them are doing this. Wonder if it’s the rom itself?

I got no answer for you here my friend. The table was made using VP10.6 beta and the latest vpinmame. Make sure you’re using the latest stuff. Maybe try redownloading the rom again and also delete the nvram file (it will get recreated when you run the table). Hope you figure it out.
