Thanks so much for building this VR Room. I am having trouble getting the music to load, and get a “BASS music/sound library cannot load C:\Visual Pinball\Music\tna10.mp3” error at launch. I’ve confirmed the file names and paths are correct, I’ve deleted all the ID3 data from the mp3 files, confirmed that my bass.dll is unlocked (it is the one that is in the 10.6 final installer). I’ve also confirmed that my audio settings are set to Primary Audio device. The music file plays fine in the Windows 10 media player. I don’t have any DOF setup yet.
Any ideas what might be wrong?

You are cranking these out like a machine! I love it! I’m going to have to ditch my family today and try out some of these amazing VR rooms you’ve uploaded the last few days.
Please keep this up. Your work is greatly appreciated!

I just tried this out and WOW it is AMAZING! You did a fantastic job and I can’t wait to see what other tables you will be sharing with us!
I especially love the ultra large DMD display (reminds me of the AFM/MM/MB remakes with their XL displays). And the blue display tint which I assume is baked into the table, since I don’t have color turned on for this ROM in PinMame.
Only thing I’m going to tweak is the table sounds (especially flippers) – they seem to echo and have a high pitch, not sure if intended or if that is some issue on my end.
Anyway thanks again – love this table and you’ve made it shine in VR!
p.s. Gear323 above is correct. Once you go VR a standard cab will never work for you again.

Thanks for creating this – I look forward to trying it out tomorrow and am glad to see more VR friendly tables like this. Can’t wait to see what else you have in store!
Oh, and I totally agree that VR is the future of Visual Pinball!

So excited to try this. And amazed to see the VR tag, as I’m focusing mainly on VR VPX right now. What exactly does VR ready mean in the context of this table? Is there a cabinet exterior and back glass included?
Thanks again!

WOW! Just spent the past hour playing this and let me tell you this is by FAR the best version of MM in VPX. You guys have really knocked it out of the park!
I did notice that shots to the Merlin hole sometimes get kicked out to the right without landing in the saucer. I realize that happens sometimes on the real machine, but seemed to happen quite a bit more often on this table. Has anybody else seen this?
Otherwise I absolutely love it. Just deleted all the other versions – no reason to keep them around.

Is the double sound of the right flipper intended? I know there are two on the right, but the sounds follow one after the other (echo effect), I haven’t seen anything like that on other tables.
Are you using SSF Impactor by any chance? I noticed a similar issue on many tables when solenoids were being fired simultaneously. It turns out that there are multiple versions of SSF Impactor – the one that has been pulled into the main MJR branch is actually older and has some bugs. I suggest using the version that Kai posted on March 24 in this thread: https://vpinball.com/forums/topic/ssfimpactor-user-guide/
If you aren’t using SSF Impactor, then you can disregard the above.
p.s. Can’t wait to try this table out tonight!

I’m pretty new to virtual pinball having owned real machines for 20 years, including a TOTAN that I restored and sold around 15 years ago. Not only are the visuals on this top notch – stunning in fact – but the way it plays is so accurate. Many games in VPX are way too easy, but this one just feels right.
Thanks so much for an amazing release. You have spoiled us with your attention to detail and realism. Bravo!
