Thanks for the response Randr, funny enough I actually reached out to Brad before I posted here, but he doesn’t have anything for TAF. I’m going to do a little more searching and see what I come up with.
Thanks,
Tyson

Sorry for the delayed response, the fix above didn’t for me Ninuzzu, getting the same exact error. The fix above had a couple of errors when running the script, I can try to get a capture of the errors and post here later tonight.
BorgDog, unfortunately I don’t have access to the older installer. Might have to uninstall everything and start with that one first if I can find it. Must be something missing in the new installer if you had the same issue and then copied over the files from your laptop.

Hello Ninuzzu,
Thanks for the response! (And thank you for all of your hard work, can’t tell you how many times your tables (and everyone else whom contributes) puts a smile on my face!)
Step 3 runs fine the first time I run it. However, if I run it a second time, i get the following error
I also tried running Step 3 manually as you stated on page 3 of this post, and it all runs fine, when I peform the Print command, it comes back with that status of 6. Any ideas?
Thanks!
Tyson

I’ve tried for hours to get P-ROC to work, and I keep getting the following error –
Unexpected Python Error.
I went through all three Steps, then ran the CCC.
Everything seemed fine. However, If i go back and run Step 3, it actually deletes one of the .dll from the cmake/bin directory after running that step.
I tried to uninstall all of my C++ installs, and use an installer linked earlier in this thread, then rerun CCC.bat, but that didn’t do anything.
Anyone know a fix for this? I’m using a PinDMD2, but I don’t think that is causing this issue. The same table launches fine without P-ROC enabled.
Everything is up to date on my cab as well.

Anyone else have issues with this table in cabinet mode? The resolution of the playfield/depth of everything doesn’t seem right. If i place it in desktop mode, it looks great. Just curious if I have something setup wrong.

Glad you got it figured out MaxAsh. I think the biggest issue I had is that I only updated the latest SamBuild .dll, and didn’t grab all of the beta files for 2.9.

Yep nothing new here, just a fix to my crazy issue. I didn’t realize you needed the latest beta build, and then the latest official rev 4245 on top of the beta build. This is what happens when you don’t touch your cabinet for over a year! :)

Got pinmame 2.9 to work! Anti Aliasing is back in all of its former glory!

March 26, 2017 at 2:12 pm in reply to: FS or FT: Virtual Pinball Machine – Very Nice – $6900 or best offer #51312Its funny, I based my build off of the same machine. I tried selling my machine, never really tried to hard (high asking price), but with VPX now, i’m glad I didn’t!

No other tables work with this framework either. I installed the old framework back, and everything with the table seems to work fine from what I can tell.
Another issue, with the latest vpinmame 2.9, you cant change the anti aliasing on the dmd. None of the changes take affect. This works fine with vpinmame 2.8. I typically turn anti aliasing off (0%) because it just looks like constant dmd flickering to me. Anyone else encounter this issue?
Really want to keep 2.9, but the dmd thing will drive me crazy. I checked the registry, and the settings are correct in the registry as well and the reg entry for the game. But 2.9 seems to ignore that setting)

Quick question, updated everything except for DOF 12/06/16, when I placed the new framework in, all of my toys just broke. Placed the old framework back, and everything returned to normal. I just copied the file into my original DOF folder, does the .dll need registered again?
What does the latest directoutput.dll actually do?
I didn’t reboot when I replaced the directoutput.dll, wonder if this was the issue?

Skipped right over it! I’ll have to download a few to see how they look on my cabinet. My files are a little larger, and include the backglass (i’ve noticed that the backglass videos playing in pinballx load a lot faster versus loading the Directb2s files directly). If anything I could upload all of my back glasses I recorded. Let me know, would be glad to contribute something.
(BTW anything that is a backglass video is DirectB2S for my cab. ACDC is a bad example of a backglass as a video)
Thanks,
