Well my design is not perfect will need to adjust it. Glad I tested with sharpie first. Learning I suppose so can only get better

Well it’s done! And per the tracing it’s exactly same! Took me most of the morning creating the svg for gcode but was worth it! Very happy with result! One thing I learned is add .5 mm to the depth of cuts as a few didn’t go through but what was left was so thin it just fluffed off. Here are some pictures of the play field.

Here it is installed in cab even glass markings line up with the playfield so that must be a good thing

It should be 100% same as original but all shiney new. Really looks good I think but doing another playfield after everyone is gone after Easter dinner I’m a bit short in width and length like 1/4” don’t really matter as holes are centered but Its not perfect currently

So milling on outside of the line around whole playfield did the trick and is correct now. I’d say perfect actually. So now to work on all the rest of the brackets, pulleys and stuff that goes on playfield and surprisingly there is a lot of stuff on that sucker. So that’s going to be this weeks project
