I’ve got a real love/hate with System 80s. They were thinking outside of the box on a lot of the games but it was the beginning of the end for fun Gottlieb games. Better ideas than execution maybe.

Some good and some bad in the system80 lot. Still searching for the elusive Alien Star to buy… I suppose I should put my plastic scans in there someday.. busy busy.

Yeah, I really like a lot of the System 80 games. Alien Star, Black Hole, Amazing Spider-Man in particular. I think in the System 80B run you can see the art design start drifting into Hot Shots, Genesis, Bad Girls territory and I start feeling a little sick to my stomach.

Yeah, all I do like build redundant versions of games no one was asking for… haha. I have a couple really good memories of playing Goin’ Nuts or I think this one would have stayed in the “to do” folder.

I haven’t forgotten about those plastics. I have been scouring the house up and down for my Wacom tablet to do some of the more fine detail but it appears to have been lost in our recent move. Not wanting to delay this process any further I just decided to buy another which will be here tomorrow. Huge thanks to @bord for his patience, I’ll probably never get the graphics nod again.Â

Still WIP though progress has been slow. I keep doing smaller projects as tests for different build techniques. PB is 93% built in Blender and 100% playable in VPX. Just need to get the meshes textured and brought over to VP. Sounds easy but it takes forever with all the lighting variations :wacko:.
I’ve also been trying to clear my incomplete projects list, which is why Goin’ Nuts, Air Aces, and [redacted] picked up steam. I’d like to head into 2019 without any active projects.
