Db2s is not yet supported in VPX VR. Authors are using workarounds (thankfully) until it becomes supported.

Thanks to all involved for the flasher option and for you senseless for retrofitting a prior release! Until VPX VR upgrade is available to integrate db2s this is imperative. Thanks again!

Thanks to all that are making these VR Rooms, orginal authors and for VPX VR itself. I was skeptical. I managed to convince my son to hook up his Valve Index directly to my cab so I could try it with full SSF while standing in the ‘pinball’ position at the cab while wearing the VR. Holy crap. I am skeptical no more. It is a game changer and haven’t had this kind of revelation and excitement since I got SSF running for the first time. I am sure the experience can vary by VR implementations but I can certainly vouch for the Index with VPX VR. The VR plugin is still early in development but one can only imagine what is around the corner. Thanks again to all involved.

Thanks for this! The timeout solution worked for me as well! I used nailbuster’s included script under the FX3 portion of his wiki page and simply added the line ‘timeout 5’ as seen in the previous post from @dgrace.

I am right there with you on this one.  I too have the rusty method and followed the guide for impactor. Not getting any noticeable feedback from the BST. The output tester results in some disturbing noise that does not appear to be even coming from the shaker(s).

One thing I saw mentioned that is not in the published guide on the SSF FB site is that you need to copy bass.dll to the root of the direct output folder. I did so with no change in the result.

SSF generally working great just not getting feedback from the two shakers on the .1 of the two 2.1 lepy amps even when utilizing impactor. Only thing that I can think of is to adjust Peace EQ to be bass heavy on the side and rear channels so it cuts over to the .1 of the amp more often with the onboard lepy crossover. Haven’t tried that yet though.

I believe the table has to be tilt enabled in the scripting as well. Have you tried different tables?

The higher the number the greater the tilt sensitivity. A number of 2 will be near impossible to tilt. I have it set to 950.

Holy S 3rdaxis. You are a genius. I have only been a lurcher in these forums up until this point. After the release of this gem, it is definitely worthy of comment. Awesome work! Exciting to see where this hobby is going.
