Tom & Jerry (Williams 2018)

I am getting this error when i try and load the tableany help would be appreciated.  I changed the rom name like the instructions said, it first said rom not found needed hlywoodh so i put that rom in and got the error pictured.

 

i got it fixed. I was using my desktop computer to test it before putting in my cabinet and the crappy graphics card wouldn’t run it. I lowered the max texture dimension in the video options and presto. it worked.

I thought the author included the rom with the table download. Just need to rename the zip to tomjerry.zip.

No, not yet. Maybe later tonight.

In the meantime, use the official beta or it would probably work to use SAMBuild and name the set hlywoodh.zip and enable “Ignore ROM CRC errors”.

This may be the same as Thalamus, I get no errors, but I also get no DMD display. I am using the 3 screen DMD backglass version. I use an LCD display on freezy’s 1.71 for DMD.

Otherwise table plays fine. Looks great too.

Just thought I would report that I got my issue resolved (where I was getting the bass dll error after every drained ball). All 4 of my music files were installed, but I reinstalled them overwriting the originals, and now the issue has gone away. And I agree with the others who posted that this is one of the best originals out there. Thank you

Amazing game, I thought it actually was based on a *real* game “Tom & Jerry” – wow.  Thank you for sharing.

So, I have one issue, when it asks for “Enter your Initials” the left/right flippers don’t seem to work… Did I miss something?

Thanks Watacaractr, I see it now. It looks like all of the values such as flippers, slings and bumpers are not yet populated in the config tool. I wish I had the skills to create DOF with the manuals and such. Do you have any plans to populate those values in the tool? Maybe team up with Arngrim?

Scooby open up 2 DOF (WebSite) windows, on one have Hollywood heat and On the other have Tom-and-jerry..

On the right side of Hollywood heat copy the entire line then on Tom-and-jerry on the right side pasted it in the same line

When you are done or As you go along, at the bottom Of the page on Tom-and-jerry it says save changes…

When you are done (Click save changes) and then click generate config, they will be the new files for your DOF

I don’t see the updated config in the config tool.  I’m assuming it’s under the “Tom and Jerry” table?

Thanks for this! I guess this was an easy one for copy and paste since it uses the hollywood heat rom and that table has DOF already done to it. I now have DOF working for this table and man, is it fun!

Hello, I downloaded the new DOF version with the new ROM tomjerry.zip and have it placed in my ROM directory, on launch of the table I am getting Line 43:  Game name not found.  I have verified that cGameName in line 4 is tomjerry.

 

Any hints?
