      Thanks for your help Assassin; much appreciated. I will test later, but i think the problem is not having thr earlier Freezy release in my VPinSPA folder!

      P.s apologies for all thr typos evwryone; typing and autocorrext on my phone causes all kinf of issues for me!…

        Hi, I think this problem might be because your Pinmame (Sam ver.) Might not be up to date, or more likely you are running a Pro ROM rather than the LE ROM?. Failing that, make sure you are running a B2S backglass file when running the game, as I’ve found in the past that things can get weired if I don’t have backglass running.

          That’s definately isn’t normal; the Cross targets shout all pop up at the start of each ball (unless in the rom settings it is set to keep down any crosses hit on your 1st/2nd ball – but that still showing affect the Crosses poking up at the start of a new game.

          Has anyone figured this out? I’m in the middle of migrating to a new PC at the momment and so can’t try out the table myself at the momment.

          Massive thanks to Vpin Workshop for all their hard work- MET LE is one of May fav tables on my cab and IRL and so I’m excited to try this one out :yes:

          UPDATE: I managed to try the table myself for a sshort while and I didn’t experience any issues yet re; the grave markers not popping up (haven’t tried going for MOP multiball yet, so can’t say if I’ve had the same issue as the below poposter with stuck balls)

          The table looks great- Sparky looks especially good- great work!

          One thing I will say as hopefully a constructive comment, is that compared the the real machine I’ve been lucky enough to play quite a bit*, I get an awful lot of SDTM balls after hitting sparky; I think it’s because when the ball is hitting near the underneath of the Hammer after a Sparky hit, the ball isn’t bouncing to the left enough to send it down towards the left flipper. It might also be that a Sparky hit isn’t pushing the ball back out hard enough and so not bouncing to the left enough? (I know..no 2 machines play identically.. ) – please don’t take this comment as ungreatful; I really appreciate all th shard work which has gone in to this mod.

            Hi all, I’m enjoying this table (thanks to all involved for your time and effort), however the DMD is rotated the wrong way for me (vertical rather than horizontal) – it’s the only table where this happens to me.

            I’m just using a 2 screen setup with the dmd dragged on to my backglass screen.

            I did some googling, which suggested finding “rol” in the script. I found that in the script and tried changing that to 1 or o, but it didn’t fix the issue (almost looks like something is missing in the script)

            Any help would be appreciated- thanks

              Bugger; pinmame still won’t load the rom:-( – testing in pinmame still returns an error. Has anyone actually got thr vpx table working with a hacked sound rom?

                Thank you! Are these verified as working in pinmame? I’ll hopefully be able to test tonight!

                Thanks again to everyone involved in this site; I’ve been visiting for a fee years or so now and will never forget the excitement of TWD and Met vpx releases that one Christmas:-)

                  Afternoon all, does anyone have a working tdk rom with the sound hacked to include music and callouts from the movie?

                  I used to have a sound hack rom which worked with the physmod table, but wouldn’t work with the VPX version – I tired unzipping/re-ziping with different compression programmes, messing with. Bin and zip names but I still got a crc error.

                  Thanks in advance if anyone has a working .zip file, as the table looks and plays great (turned on led lighting and added in the joker lighting improvement from v-universe)

                    20191203_230717Hi, thank you for releasing a version with your mods (I’d be interested one day to see what’s possible in vpx 10.6 with regards to the run lighting). I’ve been having some trouble since upgrading to vpx 10.6 (final) from one of the 10.6 earlier builds.

                    Firstly, I am seeing some corruption/srtifacting around the ball when it’s near the flippers (see pic); I’ve tried changing graphical options but nothing fixes it.

                    The second odd thing I’m experiencing is that when the ball is in the plunger lane, I can see that it’s slowly turning and moving around for no reason now; I also think it may be affecting gameplay, as launching when holding the left flipper for the skill shot no longer consistently travels all the way round the orbit; sometimes the ball kind of scrapes the side and end up going down to the pop bumpers.

                    I also feel like since updating to 10.6 final that the flippers seem wesker on this table and the ball is now traveling a little slower?

                    I don’t have any if these issues when using one of the 10.6 betas and so though I’d see if anyone else had these issues?

                        Tables on this site very often requires you to be on the absolute latest release. Like 10.4 beta and Sam beta. To me from the error, I’m gambling on that you don’t have the beta 10.4 beta.

                        You would be correct sir!; apologies – this did cross my mind, but didn’t think it’d be that (I’m asking now that the latest beta including a new plunger sound which I’m missing).

                        Thanks for confirming; I’l update and give the table a go tommorow.

                          Hi again Rob, ah ok; I thought I’d read somewhere that the lasers should come on in in track mode. Is there any way I can test that I’m getting the full GI? (I’m guessing that if I have TWD le working fine that this should have no problems – it’s just that star trek on my cab looks less dark than in pics I’ve seen)

                            Hi, after getting TWD LE running, I thought I’d check out the other LEs.

                            I can see that this table is another amazing work of art; huge appreciation goes out to the table author.

                            The problem I’m having is that I’m not getting any lasers (haven’t turned off in the script and have turned on GI in demo mode).

                            I saw earler in the thread that lasers (which come on during vengeance multiball?) aren’t working whilst running B2S?; I can’t see in the script where to disable B2S server?

                            Any help would be appreciated.

                            Btw; is there a good possibility that we’ll see Metallica LE?; I last read that the hammer control was causing problems?

                              I also tried the star trek LE table and so will head over to that thread (no lazers…)

                              Just need to do some research on how to launch 10.2 tables from pinball X now (as anticipated, just getting the table directory pop up)

                                This was from the first page though and I notice there are 27 page in total; which file should I be looking for in the thread?.

                                Also, so I don’t need to have DOF installed unless I want to install flashers etc on my cab?.

                                  Hi all, Just an update on where I am with regards to trying to run this awesome table correctly. I am still having GI issues. When I run the table, the GI appears to be working (apart from the red flashers either side of the PF; they are still dead), however the GI seems to flicker on and off, like it’s glitch?; I can especially notice the watchtower lights kind of glitching. I’m kind of running out of ideas now; everything as far as I know is updated to the latest versions (as I mentioned before; I don’t have DOF installed, as I don’t have any external flashers etc on my cab)

                                  You have an outdated version of my VPM. There were some bugs I wasn’t aware of until Dozer started working on actually using the output. Update it to the latest and it should work correctly.

                                  Hi Rob, I’m using the sam VPM found within the found within the vpuniverse thread?; could it be possible that I downloaded the wrong version for my setup?; I have a 2 screen setup and just drag the dmd to my backglass screen (no real DMD in my cab or 3rd screen)

                                      Hi Denzel, sorry if this sounds stupid but did you try to run the vpinmame setup (and install) after copying the vpinmame.dll?

                                      Hi Mark, thanks for the reply . Yeah I did run the install for pinmame  (just did it again just now).

                                      I also note that the GI only “works” when I run the table via the automatic pop up (file selection when starting vpx 10 2 – by the way; is this going to be a problem when running tables via the pinballX front end?).

                                      I still got to play the table for a bit; really fun; seems much more playable than the Pro somehow – would obviously love to play with the flashers working and no flickering.

                                          I just tested with the Cleland rom- the rom works, but still the same lighting issues unfortunately.

                                            Hi all, If anyone could help I’d replay appreciate it. Firstly, massive thanks to all the guys who contributed to this table; the vids; really raised the bar for vpx imo. Like a previous poster, I have no GI lighting or flashers working:-( (The red flashers either side of the table, or the watchtower lights at the back) The main lights on the playfield are lighting (and the crossbow moves at startup – which suggests I am running through correct LE rom?) I upgraded everything as per the vpuniverse thread; VP10.2, vpinmame (Sam), copied over the latest B2S.dll to my tables folder. I will say that that as I am running g a 2 screen cab, with no external DOF flashers etc, I don’t have DOF installed. I did download the directoutput file though and placed it in to my tables folder. Could this be the issue?;could dof be preventing the GI lighting etc from not working? If this is the case, do I have to do anything else to install DOF?. I’m running the pre-zipped LE rom found on vpuniverse with no errors when starting the table (also tested with the pinmame test). I also tried to test with the LE Cleland rom, however no matter what I try, I get an error with that one (not found)- tried renaming the .bin inside ; everything (could this be because I only have Winrar and 7zip rather than vanilla win zip?) – if anyone can point me to a pre-zipped working LE Cleland rom I’d be grateful. Many thanks in advance for any help.

                                            Save the table. Exit VP, reopen and try again. The lights like to work after a full VP restart for me. So it’s not a problem once starting from the front end.

                                            Thanks again Rusty, I tried this but doesn’t work unfortunately:-( – still no lighting outside of the standard playfield lights and the greenvironment fishtail lights.
