    Cirqus Voltaire (Bally 1997) day & night

    The script is included as Table script change for Cirqus Voltaire (Bally 1997) night version.zip. It does also include a DMD screen and a fantasy option to lit it.

    Split into two files it does work with every DMD version from Dozers's CV DMD table or mod version and also Knorr's version only.

    Anyone get this to work on the new table?  I did the script edit, but now the b2s isn’t displaying. B2S was working previously.

    @Dazz, Thalamus had a similar issue.  He thought it was an issue with having the grill hidden.  Either go back to the old b2s and unhide the grill or edit your B2STableSettings.xml to unhide it.

    If you read what Roth said. He provided a script with some added db2s calls. He hopes that the original author updates this db2s with the changes he made.

    I feel everyone’s pain here…all other b2s’s work fine.  Can’t say i’ve ever had this issue where it just does not load.  This one does not.  Is everyone’s b2sServer and accompanying files from 7/30/18?  I assume that is the current version, and the b2s just does not show.  I can mouse over my backglass and see the cursor hanging out.

    SO!~  I tried something….and I know ZERO about designing backglasses.  This thing was huge and I appreciate that coming from a guy who runs 4k, but my  backglasses are 1920×1080.  I exported the original (I think haut said something somewhere about not editing the size and I get that…)and I resized it to 1920×1920…and saved.  Loads fine now, but the wheel is off.  It’s a size thing…at least for me.

    You might want to try this. Open B2STablesettings.xml and search for cv20_h – it it is there, try to replace it with this. The essential part for me is the 3 first lines. If not – try to add it. Thanks goes to @rothbauerw that pointed me in the right direction.

    The two versions should be similar. The only difference is that you need for each dB2S the valid table and for each of them their own valid script. Yesterday it was only possible to load a version up which was not like the Dozer dB2S version pretested beforehand.

    To have the newsignals from the table preserved each table does need their own script and their own dB2S. The dB2S for Knorr’s table does need a modified script to enable the sound for the cannon and the bell. Also it seems that maybe the cannon shot sound does need to be included in Knorr’s table too. We will sort that out step by step.

    Thank you, as the previously Dozer dB2S was similar I had the impression everything does work as it should. You have a few options to control the dB2S. I made a few quick pictures for the basic features. (Grill hidden, DMD visible in a case of need, and the third screen usage which does also have the option to be lit with the fantasy mode. I am not able to test the third screen mode myself but it should normally work like that.)

    New tables may run different as previous ones. If there is a possibilty to solve PC demands that step is also doable but does may need more time as everything is brand new right now.

    If you do not use the animated third screen you should disable the fantasy mode.

    Lil’ nugget…if the Ringmaster is holding your ball and you shake the dongs out of the cab, the ball will drop in the lock ramp.  YAHTZEE!  Free lock.  I need all the help I can get as I’ll be the first to say I suck.  Not sure if that happens in the real game, but what a time to be alive.
