Just can’t get the topper working.
FYI In pinup system I couldn’t get topper videos working after game launch (worked fine in menu). So I was told to add a 0 in the displays menu under emulators. This worked for other tables.
So not sure where to look now. Backglass videos work fine.
Do I have to change the Other2/Topper Layer2 default status? Resolution is correct and shows in correct place.

I used two cards at one point to get around a Windows bug which made users have to reconfigure their surround preferences on each reboot. That’s been sorted out now with drivers for realtek onboard.
It’s much easier now with one interface. Recommend using one sound card (and removing reference to any hdmi sound for monitors or tv’s)

This is fantastic! It’s the one thing that bothered me after switching to SSF as FX3 tables seemed bland after updating my system.
But I love a lot of the FX3 tables so this will bring in that great experience of SSF.

I can see table load with backglass (no dmd) and then vpx quits to desktop.
The original v1 from jp works fine, but I really like your work on visuals.
I’m running beta latest everything so maybe that my problem.
Where should I start troubleshooting? Thanks in advance.

what’s a day without a “did you know?…feature”
authors/graphics people can ‘zip-up’ all the displays media together… png/mp3/mp4. and then user drags=drops in media manager on a Game and it will auto-rename and copy into all proper folders in one-shot (even over network)!!!Get outta here!

forget chocolate! With a little bit of UNC naming and some network shares. I just tried and was able to do this from my desktop:
ran pinmenusetup.exe via network share
media manager… open ‘games folder’ (it opens the newtwork share of vpx tables). i copied childsplay.vpx and childsplay.directb2s
dragged some media on some displays(again this is on my desktop pc)
game manager… scanned add new games (found them ON the CAB)
added games and added to playlist
WALKED over to cab… pressed ‘just added’…..
AND CHUCKY was there and I played!!! (didn’t even have to restart cab/menu)
so without touching or using remote tools i was able to add a table and media, add to front end and assign playlist… all from the comfort of my PC“drops mic”
That’s fantastic! I hate working at my cab. I’ve reverted to teamviewer from my laptop, but don’t really like that either as the cab has a 4k screen which is hard to navigate. This is going to make things so much easier.

Ugghhh that would drive me nuts to keep track of that many. I know you develop a lot so I understand that, but I wouldn’t have enough time in my lifetime to fully enjoy that many tables. I’ll stick to my 40 or so top tables
