can you play it @sheltemke
Arngrim’s fix while updating DOF:
ok i have found the problem,
if i replace .75 by 1 for example at the end of the line i can run the table, i think because i am at a different region settings than you i have the issue
but i tried 0,75 or 0.75 and i can’t compile the code, so i used 1 instead for my tests
Case 0: Execute PrimitivePrefix & swnum & ”.” & DropTgtMovementDir & ”=” & -DropTgtMovementMax * 1
commenting line 770 and using 1 i next lines helped and I can play, but I guess that’s not the correct solution

“I’ve never dealt with a real machine” Really? No ‘in-real-life’ pinball play? If so I find that very interesting.
I’ve never dealt with a real THIS machine (Big Shot)

This is an EM and is meant to be somewhat floaty. I’ve watched hours of game play footage on this table and tried to simulate it as best I could. If you want the table to play more snappy, try increasing the slope. Gottlieb’s recommended slope is 3.5 degrees which is what this table is set at.
I’ve never dealt with a real machine so you’re probably right. I just got used to the Loserman version where the dynamics are higher. Maybe it’s too much there :)

It looks really beautiful, but I don’t know if it’s just me. The ball is moving very slowly? Sometimes like a balloon. Is this about some settings? Only on this table, the Loserman version is OK. VPX 10.6 rev 3788

I like your MOD’s but only if the background music is playing and the original sounds are not changed. Changing the sounds is too far-reaching for me. Of course, this is just my opinion but it would be great if there was a MOD with original sounds and background music. Thanks for Your work!

By the way… there’s a progression in the care of placing music in a subfolder. That way there’s no mess in the Music folder. But why “John”? In a couple of days, I’m gonna figure out what table it comes from. Couldn’t it just be called “Pulp Fiction, like the table name? Somebody will say I’m picking up but putting mp3s in one bag is a really bad habit in VPX. But putting it in a subfolder with a different name than the table… hmmm…

May 4, 2020 at 3:57 am in reply to: Stargate (Gottlieb 1995) Normal & LED and 2 & 3 screen DB2S #177490I put you above the scrypt of the exe then it does not have to be afraid it is only a command which tells the virtual dmd to be in front of the dmd 2bds. after it is only mandatory if you want the dmd db2s image. If you have another solution I take.
thank you
My solution is that I turn this image off so that I don’t have to run any exe;)

May 3, 2020 at 11:41 pm in reply to: Stargate (Gottlieb 1995) Normal & LED and 2 & 3 screen DB2S #177474virustotal result for DMD_script db2s.exe
I don’t recommend that you run it… I like @chucky87 b2s, but I’ll just like Apollo13 remove this image covering DMD in b2s editor. It would always be worth giving an option without having to run suspicious exe.

April 25, 2020 at 2:29 am in reply to: Charlie’s Angels (Gottlieb 1978) – iDig rEMix vol 1.1 #175263Nice table but I have an issue with the DMD, it is ignited but doesn’t work. Just some static stuff.
The score is on backglass, this game doesn’t need DMD so just turn it off.

on this table, the Iron Maiden disappears, wont come back till it hits a call out.
I love this table! Thanks a lot, Mussinger, for giving us a lot of fun!
I have the same little problem. The Iron Maiden logo disappears on DMD. For most of the game, DMD remains black until I hit the target that activates DMD again. Did someone have a similar problem and solved it? I read everything on the Support card and found nothing but the quoted question.

Thanks for You work!
I love Jeff Bridges (especially in Big Lebowski) … but I wonder if 13 of his faces on one table (including the topper) is not too much? :)

March 24, 2020 at 12:24 pm in reply to: Total Nuclear Annihilation – Welcome to the Future Edition #168735The easier solution would be to position your Music screen there at 655 x 368… which is 16:9. This way everything that comes out using a FullDMD option (including tna) for PuP will automatically be placed there. The reason why it needs to be 16:9, is for the pup text to scale and position correctly. “Videos” will most likely work at an odd ratio, but sometimes they too will get resized by vlc incorrectly if not at 16:9.
@terryred you’re right. I was wrong about the calculations :) Just recently I was counting how much HiRez00’s mp4 TNA Topper 1280×540 fits me to the ratio of my topper. 1280×540 has similar proportions. But of course neither 860×368 nor 1280×540 has a 16:9 ratio. Still, it doesn’t look bad but I think I’ll change it to 655 x 368 according to your suggestion.
