Anybody have a wheel logo for this beauty yet?

I’m at a less than 10% reject rate with stock settings. Quite a difference if you’re seeing more than 50%.
Ok. I’m sure it’s just me then. Again, I have no idea how that shot typically plays on the real table. I’ll learn to adjust. I’m 100% cool with the increased degree of difficulty if it’s closer to reality. Just wanted to make sure it wasn’t an unintended behavior. Thanks for your insight, Bord. BTW, I love and appreciate your work – keep it coming!

I’m not convinced the Merlin hole rejects are a problem. Slamming a full power shot into it on a real MM will reject pretty often. Best to hit it slightly to the left w/ a little finesse or a backhand from the right flipper.
Possibly, but so far I’ve seen it shoot out the right side more often than it has stuck. But to be fair, I don’t have a real MM to compare.

WOW! Â Just spent the past hour playing this and let me tell you this is by FAR the best version of MM in VPX. Â You guys have really knocked it out of the park!
I did notice that shots to the Merlin hole sometimes get kicked out to the right without landing in the saucer. Â I realize that happens sometimes on the real machine, but seemed to happen quite a bit more often on this table. Â Has anybody else seen this?
Otherwise I absolutely love it. Â Just deleted all the other versions – no reason to keep them around.
I have seen the reported Merlin hole issue multiple times myself in my play testing of this table so far. I also ran into some issues with the castle gate being open when it should have been down. In that state, shots into the gate registered as castle wall ball locks.
But overall this version is absolutely beautiful in 4k. I too wiped my previous high scores to re-challenge myself against the updated physics. It’s like a whole new table. Thanks to everyone for their stellar work on this one so far. A few tweaks to address the minor issues reported so far and it will be spectacular!

Anyone have a wheel image for this one?Â

This is great! Really enjoyed the previous version, but I LOVE the redux! I agree with Thalamus. I’m pretty sure both versions will be staying in my cab.
And to that end, I will need a variation on the wheel logo I am using to differentiate them. Any chance there will be an updated wheel image for this Redux version?Â

Nope. No DOF. I just commented out script line 76 to get around it.

FYI – Getting a script error on startup…
Line 1: Object required ‘[string: “Knocker”]’
I’m running 10.6.0 rev 3541

Awesome! Always liked this one – it’s got a cool, dark vibe to it. Thanks for updating it!Â
Any chance there is a B2S backglass in progress that includes a working mini-PF for this version? I have an older one that works with the old VP9 version, but the PF doesn’t seem to work with this VPX version. Out of curiosity, is it possibly a scripting issue or incompatibility?

Never saw this one before. Giving it a test run. Anyone know how to adjust the volume? It plays really quiet.

Table looks great, as usual. I love your work. But I have a question: Is it just me or do the flippers feel a bit laggy? Or maybe that is how the real table plays?

I have a problem: the ball stops on the left ramp
I’m seeing the same thing. Seems to be stuck where the wire ramp loop crosses over.

Hey @kalavera3 –
Tried to check out this table in my cab but it won’t run. I can load it up into VPX just fine, but when I try to play it nothing happens. Screen flashes for a split second and then goes away leaving me sitting back in the editor again. No error messages, no nothing. Any thoughts? I don’t think I’ve seen this particular behavior with any other tables on my rig. I couldn’t find any logs or anything that may point to a specific issue. Any tips or tricks on how to get any debugging info from VPX/VPM?
use the latest beta version of VP, maybe that will solve the problem
Yep. That did the trick – all good now. I should have thought to try that myself, but I didn’t realize that a new beta had just dropped. The table plays really well. Thanks!

I’m running into a weird crashing bug with my cab setup. Not sure if it’s the same as the previous post, but I don’t think so. I follows install instructions verbatim and the table loaded up just fine. I played a few games without issue. I then exited and closed down VPX so I could add the table to my PinballX menu setup. Now no matter how I start the table (via VPX directly or via PinballX) everything things appears to load up – DMD, backglass, and table…but after a few seconds VPX crashes. The only thing I can find to indicate what happened are 2 Windows event log entries:
Application: VPinballX.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319

Any thoughts? My setup usually works just fine with just about anything I throw at it. Not really sure what the root cause may be…
Everyone needs to be updated to latest VPX 10.5 beta. I think having older versions is what is causing some crashes.
Upgrading to latest 10.5 beta did the trick. Thanks, Terry!Â

Awesome! I was just looking around for a VPX version of this table about a week ago and disappointed I could not find it. Thanks! I can’t wait to give it a go!
