This looks like an amazing table to play but I haven’t been able to update my BAM to 1.5-301. All FP tables crash to desktop just after the loading screen is done. I am using windows 10 in Desktop mode, borderless gaming and run as administrator is set to off. When I downloaded the update I unblocked the security checkbox. I don’t know what else to look for, Any idea’s / suggestions would be great. I did backup my bam folder that currently works which is bam 1.5-295.0

Hi Gramps, I had the same problem. Table and pup pack opened but no ball to launch. After some looking around I found that I needed the stwr_1.04 rom.  It can found at vpforums.org  Hope this helps

Thank you outhere,  twd_160 rom worked for me. I was confused because I have 3 different versions of  twd tables one uses pup packs and adding moonwalking  to the mix threw me off a bit. All good now. Thank you again .

Awesome table. I have a little rom problem where the rom took over my walking dead table. I hear MJ music on my WD table. Any ideas on how to fix this? Maybe rename something but not sure what. Any help would be great.

I followed step by step and it says ” can not open the file as [zip] archive is not archive. I am using 7-Zip

The thing is Pack 1 and 3 both extracted just fine. I think there is only 1 file in there and it’s probably a video.

The table is running great so i’m not overly concerned, just curious as to what i may be missing.

I love this table . Awesome work looks like you put alot into it. Pup-pack _002 would not unzip onto my desktop. Pup 1 and 3 both extracted fine. Just wondering if I’m missing any videos without pack 2? Maybe it extracted into pack 1 without me noticing, not sure. Table is running fine other than that. Thank you again for such a great table.

 

Edit* I just read the prior post about packs not extracting. going to rename pack 2 now.

I am still quite new here. Do I want to use 2 screen or 3 screen for Desktop mode? Does it make a difference? I am running in 1920 x 1080 res. I don’t want to miss out on any other videos that may be trying to run on another screen.

I did everything you said and CCC now launches from my visual pinball game. The backglass is there too, now I just need to figure out how to reposition the Dmd , it is in the place where my backglass is.  Everything I’ve been reading is old stuff  from 2016 and not sure it will work anymore. I am playing in Desktop mode. If you happen to have any links on repositioning dmd for desktop could you please let me know. Thank you very much outhere, I’m more than happy with the results!!!

I got the ball to launch every time thanks to thalamus and outhere. I am new to Vpx and Very new to p-roc. I did alot of research/reading but cannot find answers to these 2 questions.

1.) Is CCC  supposed to launch from my visual pinball launcher or from the P-Roc launcher only? When I try from Visual pinball it says ” Can’t load p-roc.

2.) Where do I place the Db2s for P-roc CCC? Simple question but I can’t figure it out. When I launch CCC from P-roc folder it says” There is no screen resolution file Screen res.txt in the current folder C:\PROC\games\cactus canyon please create this file with the tool B2S-ScreenResEditor.exe  I am trying to create the file and if successful Where does the file go?

Like I said I am very new to Vpx and P-Roc  any and all help would be very much appreciated.

I finally got CCC running on P-roc. The table loads fine with dmd, sounds, etc.. The problem now is that the ball won’t launch when I press the start button. Sometimes it does and sometimes it doesn’t. Also, when I get a ball lock, the new ball doesn’t want to eject into the launch/plunger area. Am I missing anything? I tried usuing the old files and saving the dmd and sound folders but i kept getting script errors so i put everything back to original.

I am running p-roc ver. 3.4 on windows 10.

Yes I’m using the P-roc from here . It is ver. 3.1 . Thank you for pointing me in the right direction, now i just need to get past the Bad Gateway on vpuniverse. I see the one over there is ver. 3.4  thanks so much

Stuck on Step 2.  Install P-Roc , installation failed. This is in the dos cmd window, no reason given and I’m at a loss. I’m running windows 10. Has anyone else had the same error?  Any info would be much appreciated.
