Thank you! Great looking table. I can’t seem to be able to get a backglass to work, however. Is there something special for this table? I thought it might need the new backglass server so I downloaded it. Still no backglass Thanks again. Beautiful table

Thanks again guys for your help! After playing a few games having solved the DMD device driver not found and progressing to pin2dmd not found, I was finding problems with the flippers (unresponsive and sometimes sticking). Fortunately just a few days before having my issues, I had copied the whole Visual Pinball folder to my desktop (just in case of issues like this), so I have decided to forget about Sam tables and just move on with an installation that works. I also realized that my cab is not hooked up to internet, so I couldn’t post a screen shot for you to look at. Really appreciate all the gurus out there who have answered many questions for me in the last 5 years. Merry Christmas to all!

Thanks guys for your replies. I’m surprised I have not noticed that this is an issue for others as well. Paulo—I downloaded the 2.45 version from the link you provided and pasted it into the VPMame directory. No longer do I get “DMD device driver not found”. Now I get “Pin2DMD not found”. So–I think I’ve made some progress, but something still isn’t configured correctly. Any other ideas? Thanks

I’m running XP in a Virtuapin cabinet from Paul. I think the computer is a 3.1 Ghz. I will try downloading the table again. The rom is ok because it works with the previous version. Thanks for your reply

I can’t get this table to launch…I get a rom error message. I can play the VP9 table which uses the same rom. I’ve noticed this rom issue on other Stern tables, but usually can get the table to launch if I just try again. Relaunch doesn’t seem to get it done on this table. Any ideas?

Well—I haven’t even downloaded it yet, but I’ll give you a thank you now. I’m sure it will be good. I’m sure some people become a little complacent when it comes to recognizing those who contribute so much to this community. It’s you authors and artists and “computer smart” guys who keep this going! Keep up the good work!

Thanks saecrow for posting those vpmkeys changes. I saw how to do it long ago and made the changes, but lost it when I overwrote the vbs scripts with the newer versions. I’ll change it and save it for future use in case I do something stupid again

Add credits and start game do not work on my cab for some reason

When I try to add credits on my cab, I get a window that pops up VBS Script and in the little block it says “replay”. Any ideas how to fix it? The 3 and 5 from the keyboard does the same thing. I recently added the new script files from the 10.2 beta I might add. Thanks

Love this table and unlike the PHysmod5 version, I can get the backglass to work with it (keep getting rom error when I use the backglass). I have one issue with the table and maybe it can be fixed on the next update.—–when I shoot for the Warp lane–a critical shot because of getting an extra ball—if it doesn’t go all the way around, it drains to the right 9 out of 10 times. I just played the VPX version and then played the PM5 version and it doesn’t happen with the PM5. Thanks for a great table!
