Ok, based on many challenges and still some I am sure I changed my PF screen to landscape and I think I have this updated. So started this download process again and believe I followed (like my 3rd time) and this is what I am seeing.
What do you I need to look at to fix? I am sure something stupid on my part.
Also, there are some other cool ones Terry I have see like yours that have videos beneath the arc. When I drag and drop those onto the game loading box they end up being positioned in the top right of my PF for some reason. Any thoughts on that one?

I had to reinstall pinup player and I have my screens setup properly so I thought as my BG for a pup pack works fine, but as you can see a normal VPX game it is on the PF. Plus the DMD was off and why do I have it on my BG? Is that what is pushing my real BG to my PF?

Well I am working on both screens and so I changed my PF screen to portrait to ease my setup. My windows is set for PF to be portrait and all the games I have set so far are working and looking great and the T ARC theme too. But yes when I want to use the loading videos or arc themes they are all turned.
So do I have to just change my windows back to portrait, reset the config.bat file to remove the rotation and then in every VPX table that I removed the xy rotation 270, put all those back? I tried to do a couple of these and everything got all jacked up.
Man I wish someone like you could teamviewer into my system and help point me in the right direction. I am so excited to make this work and the few tables I have are great, but it seems like I have to start all over again and I spent so far a decent amount of time getting popper setup and finding wheel art, videos and pup packs and so on.
Any words of wisdom and thanks for the quick reply.

Hey there, an old thread but hoping I can get some help. Tried FB group and so far no luck.
I am trying to take the cool loading videos and even Terry your T ARC custom theses and have them oriented properly. As you can see with this picture the loading video seems to be in the same position as the T ARC and it has the same custompos in Screen/Themes.
So what is the custompos for full screen and in those numbers can you change the orientation to be portrait?

Howdy .. fun table. I can’t seem to get the BG to display. I have the required folder in the POPvideos folder. What could I be missing?

Just curious on how you map all games to use the same few keys from table to table?
I only have like 10 tables so far and all have 3 or 5 for coins, but S to start and not 1.
I thought in you set that at a global level and not from a table to table level. How would that work when I do get a cabinet and not using my keyboard to play with different key mappings?

Well than, no wonder I could not find it.
Next problem is then the usual 3 for coins and S to start the game will not play. Maybe I am missing something, obviously.

I am getting an error on line 6043 around ActiveX component can’t create object: ‘UltraDMD.DMDObject’
I am sure I have something not set or missed setting, but could not figure it out.

How do you rotate the video for a portrait playfield?

Looking for some guidance.
I believed I selected the right zip file option for portrait 4k as my playfield is portrait mode.
After completing the setup I have the wheel theme as portrait but my wheels are landscape?
Plus it looks like my screen background is landscape with all the stars, but wheel at bottom is portrait.
Any thoughts on what I must have done wrong or how to troubleshoot?

Newbie question here. How do I get the Playfield green in MediaManager for Tron? What file do I copy to that box as I am not sure I see that file in the download? This I guess would be the same question for the backglass file.
This looks awesome and excited to get one game running properly including, wheel theme as well.
Any direction is appreciated. I have watched many videos by Terry and others and it got me this far, but missing something on getting these yellow boxes green from the pup packs. Able to find some wheel .png and make those green, but that is about it.

I attempted to load that and I ‘think’ I have it installed, where and what files do I put where to ensure this table works? Many directories and still feeling my way through all this.
Attempted to do the front end as well but getting errors that I need to research and address.
