By latest vpx you mean 10.6 – right ? UltraDMD – I highly recommend that you replace it with FlexDMD.
Correct, v 10.6. Thanks, I’ll update him to FlexDMD.

I remotely logged in and updated the GPU Driver and I also updated to the newest version of VPX. The stuttering issue is now gone. However, whenever he loads the first table after booting up, the backglass doesn’t display. If he closes that first table and opens it again, it will show up. Not sure what that could be or how to fix it. Also, tables with UltraDMD like metal slug, the dmd will not turn off after existing those tables. These could of been issue before, I’m not certain.

If you’ve downloaded the Grease table and also have the Elvis table, you can update your VPMAlias.txt file and update then update the Grease gamename from elvis to elvisg. Here is a video outlining this process.

Thanks @theloafer, I appreciate the kind words. My father-in-law is a great guy, and for me, it’s all about family.

Was the intention of this update to have a bezel present on the backglass the entire time?

The new bezel doesn’t show up for me, all I see is the original full screen video.

@bruce , I’m not sure what I have at this point. I’ve followed Major Frenchy’s video tutorial a few times as well as a few other written ones and for whatever reason my com3 port is being denied. I’ve tried everything I can possibly think of besides ordering a new teensy and octows2811. But if the teensy was the issue would the examples from the arduino not work? Which the examples work perfectly for me, and in the right order. The only odd thing with the arduino examples is I have a total of 544 leds tied together in one long line…but in order to light them all up from the arduino software I have to put in 768 as total leds. That to me was also a question as to what else might be wrong.
