Thanks Scotty, very interesting the partnership with AtGames. I was wondering why I saw some previews of their pinball machine and they had LK playing. Thanks for the table, will be checking it out tonight.

Amazing stuff! Only played this one a couple of times in physical form but this version has become one of my favorites tables in VPX. Really great job to everyone involved.

Great stuff Terry! Makes an already fun table even more fun. Love the Afterburner stuff you added and lighting is always top notch on the table and the MX. Physics seem pretty good too :)

Terry already did some great videos showing it off but here it is on my setup along with my first impressions. I couldn’t seem to get the smile off my face LOL.

                        Thanks,

Looks great so far! Can this run with UseSolenoids=2 for FastFlips? I am assuming no since it wasn’t set. I did set it to 2 and didn’t get an error but I know that doesn’t always mean it will be smooth sailing in game :)

                          Thanks,

                            Terry,

Thanks for all the info. I will try the FP intercept with the BG on the backglass, I think that would look cool.

As far as nudging, my cab is really heavy too compared to a normal but it works OK in VPX since I don’t need to move it much with the high gains set in the settings.

I agree the physics are definitely good enough and I did notice the flipper still shoots a bit weird on the edge but again, it is much improved and way more playable and before it just wasn’t. I would say the ball could use more weight to it. Maybe just adjusting the slope of the table could fix that? I am not sure if that would break things like it tends to do on VPX though.

SSF I think sounds awesome but I had both sound and music in FP to 1 bar and then I adjusted my BG amp as well so I had high SSF sound and a bit lower music. It works fine… I notice even with VPX tables I am always adjusting my BG amp to match my SSF amps. I need to have windows sound very high, like 80 -90 to get the most out of my SSF since my amps are rated at 4ohm and the exciters are 8ohm. I guess I need to double up on them :).

Just wanted to say, amazing job here bringing new life in to FP! Would love to see a conversion of DSA at some point :)

                            Thanks,

                            Nick

Did a video of this in my cab showing the Real DMD option (PinDMDv3) and also DMD on BG. Both look pretty great in my opinion. Thanks again Terry and Nailbuster for all the work done on PinEvent and these tables!

Thanks Terry and Nailbuster. Loving it so far and the lighting and physics are much improved from original and early versions of BAM. Real DMD looks great as well. Not sure if there is a topper for this one since it didn’t display… I am guessing from your screenshots that there isn’t one. Thanks again for developing this. Nice to have FP back in to the mix.

                                    Thanks Scotty,

Sounds like a lot of great changes in .52. Gone for the next couple of days so can’t try it :( By the time Friday hits you will probably be on .55 :).

2 suggestions I thought about when playing last night.

                                    1. Allow us to skip the video sequences like we could in Stanger Things.

                                    2. Not sure if this is just real DMD, but can you have the text that displays in front of the scroll be white or some other color or maybe a different font? It is totally unreadable in its current state. I tried toggling between scale 0 and 1 and didn’t seem to change much. Maybe I have something wrong? Anyone else know what I am talking about here?

Thanks again for the great table. I believe you have a Patreon right?

So far table is very awesome.pindmd3 integration is really awesome, but I think and LCD DMD upgrade may be in my future.

Getting the occasional background audio drop out from time to time, but sound effects are still heard. Usually everything returns to normal on the next ball. Very often the ball will drain..wont do anything for a couple seconds or so and then another ball is upkicked out of the right scoop.

Any reccomended version of VPX for this.. I have the latest beta, so maybe that’s contributing to the issues I’m experiencing.

Sounds like exactly what I was experiencing as well. Going to check my VP version later but I know I am on a fairly recent beta. Will report back if I find anything that helps.

Probably because most tables don’t have anything in the MX Flippers fields, so you won’t see anything on all those tables.

Yup, just checked this on my phone and it all looks good except I have the flipper one on both strips. Will adjust, thanks again.

Amazing table so far. I have had 2 weird issue though. I lost the music completely during one ball and then had an issue where multiple times I would lose the ball and then the game would sit there for a bit and then shoot out another ball. If I drained the ball it would then go on to my next ball. Is that normal? I am guessing not since the music would drop out as well. These are the fist 2 games I’ve played so maybe I got really unlucky.

Here is a video of both issues happening:

2 mins and 11:25 in for the ball issue. Music issue at 7:20.

Can you show me a pic of your DOF Config Tool Combos?

Your side strips are all wrong. They are combining what looks like RGB MX flipper colours with the rest of he effects.

It looks like you did the same as another guy who had his MX RGB Flippers, and MX RGB Flippers PBX combined into the MX side strip combos (which is wrong). The MX Flippers are to be used with actual addressable leds for flipper buttons.

Your MX combos should look more like this:

                                            mx combos

Thanks Terry. Will check this out tonight when I get the cab fired up….. I felt like something was a bit off. Will check out your video now of how it is supposed to look.

EDIT: Watched your video and that is more of what I was expecting so mine have to be wrong. Puzzled as to why I haven’t seen any other tables have the issue. Will correct and give it another go. Thanks for the heads up!
