lol thanks man. It is fun as Hell to play. The idea came out of me wanting a way for the table to play itself for stress testing the physics, looking for places the ball may get stuck etc. First did it on my LBP tables long ago. Then it morphed into the realization that with a bit of logic I could actually play the computer. With a lot of help (and beer) from Slydog43 and a ton of effort from rothbauerw it solidified into what you have today. As far as being able do to it on other tables I’m not so sure because it’s hard to grab the variables needed to run the logic from say a modern pin. Firepower was doable because of the rom controlled lights in the backbox that I could use to know what player is up and when the game is over. Hard to do that with the DMD. So yea, this might just be the first and last of it’s kind.

Someone remind me of this fix. The lighting/z-axis? stuff is wonky. It’s been a while. Don’t feel like tweaking stuff if it’s simple.

Great table, looks and plays perfectly. I noticed the image “outers” which is 8k there are two of. Had to drop the DPI of that one and “outersoff” to 30 DPI. Not sure if you were aware of this. It was crashing VP but that just could be me. My SSD is on the fritz. Lol, love the dancing cacti.

Question: is there a way to turn off ‘LUTmeUP’ being controlled by magnasave? i am not the best at scripts. thank you in advance.
It’s a bit complicated to explain so I’ve went ahead and put an option in the script to DisableLUT.
It is currently disabled.

@siggi Vsync does not slow down performance, it smooths out performance so you don’t get stutter. If you’re seeing 80+ FPS with vsync off then you shouldn’t have any problem locking on at 60FPS/60Hz with vsync on. It sounds as if you’re still not synced properly though, as stated before please post screenshots of both your VPX and nvidia settings. What TV are you using for the playfield, does it support 4K at 60Hz? The rtx2070 is a beast, all your tables should run smoothly.
Two hours later:
I’ve set the Nvidia Settings to default.
Vsync is now controlled by VPX, all tables running smooth at 60 FPS.
Only the Flintstones is runing at 47 FPS with Vsync on.
With Vsync off it’s runing at 67 FPS.
It’s a mess.
Disable your Ambient Occlusion.

Did some tweaking with the Z-scale and got the ball out of the volcano kicker, it does not come out of the dinosaur mouth as i think it should do, but it comes ut just below the kicker on the playfield so it will do for now.
Guess i need to tweak my values to get it to work as it should.
Thanks all for your input and thanks everybody else for letting me be stupid!
Can you show me a screen shot of your POV settings?

Here is what I have. I haven’t had that happen to me once and I can’t replicate it either. Let me know what happens.

This game is awesome, great job all of you involved. I have an issue though, when the ball should roll over the side bar it have no power and falls down back to the outhole and getting stuck there, see attached picture. What can i do? Any hint would be much appreciated since i love this table. I am at the latest VPX version…
Have you changed anything like playfield slope or POV? I can’t for the life of me get the ball stuck there as it is.

Sorry for multiple posts … but the damn quote system on this site is strange. I keep getting the wrong one =( embarrassing
FYI – I didnt turn on the stress test. I actually just re-downloaded the game, and it worked fine for the first two games, then reverted back to the automatic flippers.
Where do i even change that setting?

Hi, thank you for this, my favorite of all time. Can someone help, big noob here, got the “S” key doing the left nudge and besides changing the LUP everytime i press it, it also enables/disables automatic flipper (dont know the right term). Thank you.
