Genie eye light up not working? on 1.1

Thanks so much for the update. Noticed a small issue with 1.1.  The Genie’s eyes no longer light up red in version 1.1  I noticed that the eyes of the genie only seem partially lit now in 1.1 when they used to be a fierce red.  Now it looks like the lamp is partially out in his eyes and the lamp is white and not red and not lit much. Anyone else seeing this?  Thanks so much for this update. Thank you for all the hard work you guys.

Oh my goodness. Sorry about that. I just briefly looked at it while I’m at work. I didn’t even notice that it was already commented out.  So sorry to ask a silly question. Nevertheless All of this has inspired me to drill some holes in my rig this weekend and put some buttons in.   This table is just simply amazing once again thank you !!!!

Lol yeah it causes many headaches i agree. I just need to add more buttons to my rig. Most of the time  I can set the option and then just disable the magna Save function after I’ve set my option. So it works just cumbersome .  I am a minimalist with the aesthetic of my rig didn’t want too many buttons.  I use buttons for nudge unfortunately since I don’t have a gyroscope. These are doubled as magna left and right. Only table that posed a problem for it was the shadow. It just nudges when i change lanes and doesnt tilt so it works Most other tables you only need magna for an option then you never touch again so i disable. I know add the buttons.

So question still stands until i add more buttons lol.

Thank you so much for the update. I noticed there is a new Left Magna Save feature for GI lighting.  Is it ok to disable this by commenting it out?  What is this for? If it is commented out what is the default? I actually use my left and right magna buttons for other functions so i ususally have to comment out magna switches in scripts after i pick the desire function. It wasn’t listed in the change log. Thank you for the disable toggle on the right magna save.

Does that mean the dropbox has a new version :) ?

It is playing so nicely. The subway is fantastic!  Responsive! I think you have a release update ready to go.  Thank you.

Ahhh..  Bummer. I haven’t had that happen in awhile since the dropbox version. Thought it was a non issue now. Guess it still has an area it can fall through.

32Assassin – The return seems to be much much better on the subway after making the slope changes you mentioned above.  Fast and played great.  I had a bunch of problem free games.  Doesn’t seem slow at all now.  That part seems good now.

i think you are using the download from vpinball . Read above. There is a dropbox version which is being tested to address those exact problems. Try that one.

Thanks so much.  That seemed to have did the trick. Just tried a couple games and shots in and they came out. Even slow shots. However, I did compare this version to the version right before the subway rebuild from a week ago or so and the return is much faster on that one with a low velocity ball entrance.  When the ball barrels in both versions return fast. However if the ball slowly enters the subway, (which stopped the ball on the flat surface version), it is much slower to return then the version without the ramp rebuild. So perhaps increasing the slope somewhat to increase the speed of return on soft hits in.  Between the -125 and -130 maybe increase that some?? Right now it seems like it slowly rolls to where it needs to be sometimes with that slope angle compared to the older version before the ramp rebuild.

This has happened twice so far with new dropbox build after just starting testing. The ball goes down the center into the hole and then doesnt come back. No ball roll noise. Just nothing you have to nudge back and forth and then the ball breaks free on whatever it is stuck on and comes out. The first time it released easier and i didn’t tilt. I attached a video in a zip file. Wouldn’t let me attach a .mov file so i zipped it up. Hence the errors you see about uploading a .mov file.

I just got an infinite ball roll on the dropbox version. Just once though. I have been playing a good amount.
