@Scotty VH Didn’t @rothbauerw win and pick Black Knight? I actually didn’t know BK rang like a fire alarm when you hit a million because I never scored that high before today lol.

What kind of crash did you get?
Did you use the 10.5 All-in-One installer? https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/vpx-installer-10-5-0/
If you get an error saying the ROM didn’t load, then there’s something wrong with your ROM, either you don’t have it or it’s not the right ROM. Most websites that host Gottlieb ROMs have been hit with DMCA takedowns, so no one here can help you regarding ROM issues.

Be more considerate when asking for help in the future. Don’t insult the hard work and effort put into making this content free-of-charge for anyone who wants it. If something doesn’t work for you, just ask why that may happen instead of complaining about what you think is a broken release. Even if it was broken, just report the bug you have so it can get fixed or someone can help. Calling anyone’s work here garbage will make you a lot of enemies. This is a hobby for people, not a product you’re paying for.

That is what a wolf tail looks like, a lot of dogs’ tails will curl upwards towards the end. I can’t see the paws because of the snow, wolves have larger paws than dogs. I’m no expert, though, I just googled the differences.

Welcome, I’m only around to help sometimes, but this community is generally friendly and patient with noobs. There’s always people like @Thalamus who will help everyone with Visual Pinball stuff until they kick the bucket

For awhile I’ve thought the physics mods for Future Pinball improved over the original physics, but it’s always been the flippers that consistently feel bizarre to me. I would love to try any improvements to the flipper physics.

You mentioned messing with POV settings is a bad idea, but I’m curious, are there visual elements besides the DMD that can get misaligned by doing this?

I’m posting from the app. Currently it’s as slow as browsing the website from Chrome on my phone, but I’ll keep using it for testing. I have a Galaxy S5. Also, is it just me, or are the forum groups displayed in the wrong order?

Wow I just saw that Dr. Dude entered the Top 5 downloads list. :yahoo: And bumped my Funhouse off the list. Just wanted to thank all of you guys for playing, and hopefully really enjoying the table. I really do enjoy making them too.

Pressure is now on FH I guess. Which BTW, really is looking and playing, equally well. Being its a better and more fun Pin overall, I am sure it will return to the list. Rest assured…Cyberpez and I are working hard on it.

                        Thanks again.

I wonder, @randr does the website add together download counts among multiple versions downloaded with by the same user? Given you’re always improving your releases @wrd1972 , I just wonder if that’s a factor. I’m not trying to take the wind out of your sails, your tables are that great, I just want to know the truth.

Ya I’ve been waiting for a new table to use the same music file name as someone else because the author didn’t have someone else’s table and didn’t know the file name was taken. It hasn’t been a problem for me yet since there are only a few VP tables with music files (not including music embedded in ROMs). If I remember correctly, stored high scores from non-ROM tables can also potentially have this filename overlap problem.

                            three-angels-ui-glitchbugs I found in 0.95

                            1. After Two Angels Multiball the slideshow video UI stuck and it overlapped and obstructed the slideshow video UI for the game (I dunno what you actually call it, but I attached a pic).

                            2. I managed to knock the Right Guardian captive pinball onto the main playfield and started an unscripted multiball mode lol. Perhaps put an invisible wall on top of the mini captive pinball area to prevent air balls.

                            3. One time starting a new game after a previous game, during the “Locating Angels” one ball wasn’t found so I had to reset the game. I have no idea what the game state was in my previous game, so idk how you would debug this.

I got 824,510 in the game I knocked the captive pinball on the main playfield. I don’t think that glitch helped my score considering once I lost one of them, the game assumed I lost the only pinball I should have had. Surprisingly I didn’t lose 2 of my game balls after I lost the second while it was still accounting end of ball bonus.

now that it has high score,I will play this table. Thank you. Good table I might add. Wasn’t expecting much since it was a FP table—-pleasantly surprised!

…and you are sadly not alone with that mindset. (not me though, lol) There are MANY FP tables that are amazing…most of them being Original tables. For these original tables…the biggest complaint is mainly the physics from FP for “most” people (some just want to hate FP no matter what).

A lot of love has gone into many Future Pinball originals. I’ve become too spoiled with VP10 and don’t enjoy FP physics as much as I used to, but I’m quite happy @randr is porting these old gems over.

I have my S key mapped to start game, so that gives me the Scroll On-Off in the DMD. I don’t know if I’m remembering correctly, but wasn’t that only useful in Future Pinball for turning camera scrolling on or off? Haven’t found in bugs yet, but since this was my favorite FP original, I’ll play it a lot more. Thanks for all your work on this @randr.

is this still going? Would be good to get it super active. Be nice to see if pinup could have an overlay on the backbox of competition players and live scores.

It’s still going, but just a handful of players. If you want to see recent week’s results and this week’s game, you can look at each thread here.

When I first played Three Angels 10 or so years ago, it was one of the future pinball tables I had trouble running on whatever PC I had back then.

I’m surprised I got a score this high without multiball, although I was keeping the ball alive for awhile hitting the right spinner and hoping eventually the ball would feel like falling into the center-most inlanes.

I tried Fish Tales. It plays better than I expected. Ramp shots felt too easy, but overall it’s better than Farsight physics. I will likely buy this on the Switch when it’s done.
